The Messaging Analyst will support activities related to Global Messaging infrastructure components and ensure that all transitions occur with minimal impact to customer's businesses and all requirements are met.

Candidates must have at least 5 years experience with messaging and Enterprise Vault integration projects in a medium to large organization environment (>10,000 seats), and working knowledge of AD, Exchange Server, PowerShell, and Visual Basic Scripting.

MAJOR ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop data export approach and timeline to align with transition services agreement timelines
- Define pilot testing approach and plan
- Hands-on migration of email data
- Modify messaging attributes.
- Develop and maintain documentation (ie, detailed migration steps, excel migration lists, error logs, Visual Basic Scripts, knowledge base articles, etc.)
- Communicate task status, issues to the project manager and integration team
- Work independently and with Project Team members to ensure task-level plans are completed and executed on track
- Assist in documenting lessons learned
- Provide post migration support to services desk
- Work closely with Project Manager, Security & Client Computing team members, members of the integration team, and the PMO group
- Participate in all Global Messaging related activities in support of acquisitions and divestitures
- Monitor Service Center queues for issues related to the integration or separation of messaging environment components, either direct from messaging team members, indirectly from helpdesk, or via other escalation methods
- Use Customer provided tools (Identity Management System (IMS), Windows Active Directory Users and Computers, Visual Basic Scripts, etc.) to resolve issues within established Service Level Agreements (SLA)

EXPERIENCE/BACKGROUND:

- Progressive in a Fortune 500 company with experience in IT Messaging and Client Computing
- High level Messaging Analyst (5-10+ years)
- Must have at least 5 years experience with messaging and Enterprise Vault integration projects in a medium to large organization environment (>10,000 seats), and working knowledge of AD, Exchange Server, PowerShell, and Visual Basic Scripting
- Demonstrated experience in leading and delivering multiple projects of varying scope and complexity
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to interact comfortably with all levels of management and colleagues
- Experience with industry standards in messaging and client computing
- Broad experience across multiple infrastructure technologies from desktops/laptops and other end user devices to Servers, data center, and network devices including their deployment and operations
- Experience with projects in the pharmaceutical industry preferred
- Experience managing program/projects within Customer preferred
