Messaging Administrator, Valencia

MESSAGING ADMINISTRATOR, MICROSOFT EXCHANGE LYNC, BLACKBERRY NOTES, VALENCIA

We require a Messaging Administrator with good experience of Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Lync, Blackberry and Domino/Notes for our client in Valencia, to work in an English-language 24x7 Technical Support environment (shift work), for a one year assignment renewable, starting in December.

ROLE:

First and second level support incident management, Messaging troubleshooting and Messaging administration tasks related to Exchange, Lync, Blackberry and/or Domino/Notes .

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

The candidate should have the following skills:

- Min five years experience in mail environments: Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Lync, Blackberry and/or Domino/Notes, preferably on large network infrastructure.
- Monitoring tools: eg HPOV NNM, Microsoft SCOM, and general Event Management exposure.
- Knowledge of LAN, WAN and Internet technologies including strong SMTP.
- Good knowledge of operating systems, data communications, software packages and network utilities,
- SAN: Practical experience with Storage Area Networks.
- Scripting for monitoring, task automation, etc.
- University degree
- ITIL knowledge

DESIRABLE:

- Microsoft Exchange or Lotus Notes certifications would be desirable.

LANGUAGES

High level of English; Spanish desirable
