Hyphen are exclusively recruiting for 4x Message Broker SME's to work 6 month initial contracts for a large Banking organisation based in either Edinburgh or Halifax.

Complete Description
The SME role is key to the success of technical design, development & test support (through to implementation) for Middle ware development. The role requires the candidate to find and deliver the best solution for the business and ensuring that wherever possible the services are reusable (SOAR). They will be key to setting SOAR governance direction and ensuring that offshore partners deliver code to those standards and directions.

Responsibilities:
*They will also coach and support the more junior member of the team. The ability to work & communicate collaboratively is essential. This is a team role and good communication is a key aspect.
*Excellent technical knowledge of Message Broker or Data Power development and associated technologies and the related standards and policies used to govern these technologies.
*Highly skilled in working in a multidisciplinary team, providing technical and process feedback. Competencies in IF would also be an advantage but not critical.
*Thorough knowledge of technical and operational processes used to deploy, support and maintain the technical infrastructure and/or business application services.
*Good diagnostic skills and an ability to analyse technical information from multiple sources.
*Experience in delivering complex projects.
*Proven systematic and analytical approach to problem solving.
*Good communication skills, both written and oral.
*Demonstrate stakeholder management skills.

*Excellent 'customer oriented' interpersonal skills to respond quickly, and effectively to queries and incidents

Comments:
Needs to be available for out of hours implementation work and occasional travel.
