PSI Metals MES commissioning support

Integration with other systems

Interfacing and integration of PSI Metals with other plant systems including Legacy systems for Level-2, ERP, LIMS (Lab Information Management System), etc

Accountabilities

Should have experience of metals manufacturing processes like production/quality/order management/materials management/warehouse management etc.

Preparing agenda and participating in customer meetings for requirement gathering. Customer relationship management

AS-IS Study and TO-BE Functional blueprinting using MES standards

Expertise in functional design and commissioning for MES projects/major manufacturing IT projects for metals industry

Experience of creating business flow diagrams

Experience of PSI MES product/MES commercial of the shelf products for metals industry

Understanding of ISA-95 guidelines

Experience of performing gap-fit analysis with the MES products

Good analytical & troubleshooting skills

Good communication - both written and verbal

Should be self-motivated and good team player

Daily/Weekly communication with the Client/TCS team regarding activities performed.

Interaction with customer directly and demonstrate the completed tasks/updates.

Regularly communicates client business needs and escalate concerns to managers.

CONVERSANT IN FRENCH LANGUAGE
