Role Purpose

Build and execute online merchandising and promotional campaigns across my clients fourteen EMEA sites. Support all EMEA voucher campaigns, to include setting up vouchers, updating terms and conditions as well as reporting.

Job Description

General Responsibilities:

* Execute production tasks, eg, build, update/maintain and localise merchandising pages and creative assets, entering promotional content into database, gathering pricing information, and performing UAT for promotions across my clients fourteen EMEA sites.

* Drive all implementation details, reporting, and optimization for assigned promotions and evergreen sections of the sites.

* Create and test promotional vouchers for various stakeholders and campaigns, advise teams on most suitable voucher types to use, advise on and create terms and conditions for voucher campaigns, liaising with Legal teams where appropriate. Ensure all voucher requests are completed within acceptable SLAs and enforce these where necessary.

* Collaborate with Trading Desk Merchandisers, Production, Design, Copy, and Marketing Channels to implement new vouchers, merchandising and promotional campaigns.

* Ensure maximum shopping and conversion and product visibility as a result of webpage layout optimisation.

* Manage and/or assist with special projects as assigned.; these are likely to include projects related to the optimization of merchandising tools and processes.

* Become confident user of a variety of current merchandising tools and systems needed to support merchandising and promotional efforts., including our voucher setup tools, page creators and other content management systems, workflow management systems, image databases, pricing systems and various reporting tools

* Assist with regular reporting for Merchandising Team.

* Load deals through a pricing and content management tool.

* Ensure localization of assets across points of sale is flawless.

* Time allocation is 10% strategic/90% tactical.

Requirements:

* 2-5+ years related experience.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong interest and previous experience in web production or merchandising.
