We are looking for an experienced qualified social worker who is able to take on the role as Care Co-ordinator within a busy Adult Mental Health Team. The worker will hold a caseload of between 25-30 cases of people who suffer from severe and enduring mental illness. The worker should have experience of working within adult mental health an Approved Mental Health Practitioner would be preferable although not essential. This post is full time 37 hours per week Mon-Fri.
