Mental Health Practitioner - Older Adults Community Mental Health

Our client has a job vacancy for a Mental Health Practitioner to work within an Older Adults Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) based in West Yorkshire. This vacancy has a 3 month contract and the pay rate for this role is £23-25 per hour (limited company worker).

Duties:
- Supervising senior staff.
- Providing professional advice and support to other agencies and members of the multidisciplinary team.
- Acting up for the Team Manager in their absence as appropriate.
- Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care with agreed parameters.
- Promoting health for an adults Community Mental Health Team, focused on later life.
- Coordinating the care and assessment under the Care Programme Approach of a designated caseload.

Requirement:
- All applicants must be a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), with a valid NMC pin.
- Applicants must have at least 1+ years recent post registration experience working in mental health.
- You must have previous community experience.
- You must also have previous experience working within Older Person's Service.
