Membership Analyst/Administartor Job

MEMBERSHIP ANALYST/ADMINISTRATOR needed for a SIX (6) MONTH CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in East Hanover. NJ.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Accurately enter and maintain contracts and membership updates in Model N, Shape, Revitas and SAP/R3.
- Analyze and validate rebate claim data.
- Ensure the timely execution of all components of contract.
- Evaluate and interpret contracts to ensure proper rebate set-up in Model N, SHAPE, and Revitas.
- Resolve contract loading issues with Wholesalers.
- Enforce/Encourage customers to use the NCC website to track their accounts.
- Maintain systems and logs to track contracts, rebate, chargebacks, and membership issues.
- Communicate with wholesalers GPO, LTC, Specialty groups, HIBCC, IMS, and HRSA to determine member eligibility.
- Works in conjunction with the chargeback process.
- Perform audits of previous chargeback payments.
- Maintain an in depth knowledge and functional use of internal systems (Model N, Shape, Revitas, and SAP/R3) used for processing chargebacks, rebates, and membership.
- Prepare monthly reports.
- Maintain SOPs and SOX documentation.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience resolving contract loading issues and analysing/validating rebate claim date
- Experience working with SAP, SOP's and SOX documentation
- Experience working with audits and chargeback payments
- Experience with performing advanced analyst tasks such as system testing, working with IT, handling user requests, etc.
