Job Description
Summary of Role
You will be handling inbound telephone calls from our customers, intermediaries and
Simplyhealth Sales Consultants regarding changes to their Private Medical Insurance
policy and their renewal. It will be your friendly and professional approach to customer
service and listening skills that will enable you to build a great rapport with every
customer.
Key Responsibilities
· Take inbound calls from our customers, Intermediaries and Simplyhealth Sales
Consultants. To deal with their queries in a professional and timely manner.
· To process incoming written correspondence, for example emails, in accordance
with the set service level agreements.
· To consistently achieve your quality and productivity measures as set by your
Customer Services Team Supervisor.
· To develop and demonstrate an understanding of the Private Medical Insurance
products, benefits and levels of cover.
· To build effective relationships with the Simplyhealth Sales Team to support them
in retaining business and opportunities for new business.
· To actively participate in monthly team meetings
· Seeking opportunities to express your own ideas to improve existing processes.

Work Arrangements
35 hours per week, Monday - Friday, between the hours of 8am-6pm.
Sometimes you may be expected to work outside of these hours, and there may be the
occasional need to travel.
