MEMBER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Santa Clara, CA.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist with and resolve member billing issues within regulatory timeframe
- Verify member eligibility
- Telephone outreach to members to obtain information regarding billing and verifying accurate insurance information; request submission of claims to company
- Respond to member within timeframe, notifying the member of outcome

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Familiarity with computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent verbal communications skills
- Excellent customer services skills necessary
- Claims and billing experience highly desired, but not mandatory
- Entry level to intermediate level data entry skills
