For our client, a pharmaceutical company in Switzerland, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious:
MEETING SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR/SUPPORTER to join a Local Team (mixed age) with regional/global responsibility
MAIN TASKS:
- SPOC for the customer on Video Conferencing and Webcast Events (85% of conferences are managed by business directly, only special tasks (eg private rooms) are pending with Administrator
- Pre Event Support for the customer based on phone, e-mail, IM or face to face contact
- Consult the customer with the meeting setup based on the requirements
- Provide end-user training for end-users and admins
- Administer and improve the VC-scheduler and ensure high availability of the tool
- Responsibility for the VC-system registration of external business partners
- Partners with local facility management for life cycle changes of A/V capable meeting rooms
- 2nd level support for WebEx; escalation of Incidents with the Vendor
- In room support for Webcast events in auditoriums
- Coordination of external A/V-providers
- Site consulting for new VC and Webcast facilities (Studios, Auditorium)
- Maintenance of HPSM
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1 year of experience with audio/video conferencing or webcast in an international environment
- Experience with HPSM
- Experience with Google/G-docs
- Proficient in English and German, other languages beneficial
- Good technical understanding
- Working hours: Shift work
-Early: 8:00 AM - 4:00/5:00 PM
-Late: 10:00 AM - 06:00 PM
- After 6 months support the team in event coordination with management of external suppliers therefore the person should have 1 year experience in managing events
START: 16.05.2016
DURATION: 1 YEAR + POSSIBLE EXTENSION OF 1 YEAR
