IHRE AUFGABEN:

-SPOC for customer on video conferencing and webcast events
-Pre event support for customer based on phone, e-mail, IM or face-to-face contact
-Consult customer with meeting setup based on requirements
-Provide end-user training for end-users and admins
-Administer and improve VC-scheduler and ensure high availability of tool
-Responsibility for VC-system registration of external business partners
-Partners with local facility management for lifecycle changes of A/V capable meeting rooms
-2nd level support for WebEx as well as escalation of incidents with vendor as well as in room support for Webcast events in auditoriums
-Coordination of external A/V-providers and site consulting for new VC and Webcast facilities
-Maintenance of HPSM

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Experience with audio/video conferencing or webcast in international environment
-Know-how in managing events
-Knowledge in HPSM and Google suite
-Good technical understanding
-Strong communication skills, open minded, reliable and team player
-Distinct customer and service orientation
-Flexible to work early and late, even on short notice
-Maintain consistent image of global service
-High availability and promote values and benefits of global service organization
-Proficient in English and German, other languages beneficial
