RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meeting coordination activities
- Develop program and meeting agendas
- Develop market research surveys
- Maintain program website
- Develop and maintain monthly operational metrics and read-outs
- Data collections
- Scheduling and document creation
- Administrivia
- Acting as meeting scribe
- Action items
- Market sensing data collection.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong project management skills
- Must be capable of working multiple projects at one time.
- Ability to develop content and materials for executive level consumption
- Excellent PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills required
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
DESIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong marketing background preferred
- Customer Event experience
This role requires some degree of travel (approximately 2 per year, 3 days per council meeting throughout the domestic US).
