Medior / Senior Online Learning Platform Specialist (LMS)

PROGRESSIVE IS LOOKING FOR A LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEEM (LMS) SPECIALIST FOR A 6 MONTHS PROJECT IN THE HAGUE REGION. THE ONLINE LEARNING PLATFORM SPECIALIST WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SPECIFIC PROCESSES OR TASKS AS PART OF THE OPERATION, MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT FOR GLOBAL E-LEARNING SOLUTIONS FOR THIS COMPANY.

Essential duties and responsibilities:
- You will be able to manage the functional support for users for the e-Learning platform. This means do ad hoc support work; answering questions; following up on request; helping out with next release or communication; produce FAQ's; Extract reportsor general service and operational efficiency improvements)

The candidate should have the following qualities:
- You have functional support knowledge and experience with the Online Learning tools, Learning Management Systems or similar applications (for example Workday, Cornerstone on Demand, Taleo, CrossKnowledge, SuccessFactors).
- You are a team player with the ability to work independently; Having a good analytical, strong communication and presentation skills
- You have knowledge of processes (BiSL methodology; familiar with process, procedure, work instructions)
- Knowledge or experience on support tooling would be bonus
- You are able to set some standards and guidelines where needed; able to work and hand-over in structured and planned way
- You must speak and write fluent English

Location: The Hague the Netherlands
Project length: 6 months+
