Our client in Amsterdam is looking for a Medior Linux/Websphere/Oracle Administrator who is self-motivated with a can do mentality.
Eager to learn, proactive and enthusiastic.
Able to work independently and meet challenging deadlines.
Good communication skills are essential.
Experience with DevOps and Continuous Delivery

As a OPS engineer you will play a central role between the business, the development and the IT infrastructure teams.

Your primary focus of work is:
- installing releases
- monitoring systems
- deployments
- back-up restore tests
- perform daily operations
- resolve incidents
- Be prepared to work in shifts, starting at 07:00 or finishing at 19:00 or be standby 24*7
- Also working in the weekend is sometimes required to coordinate deployments

Technical Knowledge Medior Linux/Webpshere/Oracle Administrator (QR3368) :
- Linux/Websphere/Oracle/Sybase
- Confluence/Jira
- Nolio
- Logstash, Elastic Search is pre

Competencies Medior Linux/Webpshere/Oracle Administrator (QR3368) :
- Strong in communication, self starter
- General knowledge of IT Infrastructure (Unix, web- and application-servers, databases, networks, Firewalls, Proxy-servers)
- Organization sensitivity
- Good at progress monitoring

Languages Medior Linux/Webpshere/Oracle Administrator (QR3368) :
Dutch is mandatory, English (fluent in written and verbal)
