For our client located in Antwerp we are looking for a Functional analyst.
Responsibilities:
We are looking for a functional analyst for the Investigator Profiling project. The Investigator Profiling will provide a list of site investigator per disease indication and rank them based on metrics defined by the business. LTMs will use this data to optimize the site selection and reduce the number of non-enrolling sites. This project is led by the Study Placement and Analytics group and is supported by the RDO SLT.
This project is loading data from several data sources (SiteTrove, Investigator Databank, eFeasibilty and CACTUS). This data will be linked and curated (via MDM integration and manual curation in the system) and metrics will be calculated on the data set. The system will also allow for input from the end user. Reports will be generated via Spotfire.
The analyst will support the project in updating the specifications document and collaborating with the business making sure all requirements are captured and documented. He will also be responsible for writing the UAT scripts and integrating them within the HP ALM environment
Technical skills:
The analyst needs to be able to analyze needs indicated by the business. He/she needs to have the following skill set:
• Strong communicator: be able to communicate with the business. Communicate with the business about the solution on a non-technical level.
• Fast learner: In a short time the analyst has to learn the environment technically as well as the business rules.
• Complete the current User and Functional requirements specifications.
• Good knowledge of HP ALM - write test scripts and guide the UAT process
• Having experience with Clinical trials is a big plus.
• Knowledge of Agile way of working
Methodology/Certification requirements
• Master and/or Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Chemistry or Bioinformatics OR equivalent through experience. Advanced course work in technical systems plus continued education in technical disciplines is preferred
• Additional certification is a plus
Personal skills:
Non-Technical profile requirements
• Accepts personal responsibility for client satisfaction
• Strong tracking, coordination and project planning skills
• Establishes and manages engagement objectives, expectations and quality plan
• Ability to identify and implement process and/or application improvements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision
• Quick learner, motivated self-starter
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills
• Able to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines
