PRN position
Performs and interprets chemistry, hematology,blood bank, and microbiology tests
Reports cirtical values to patient care areas
Performs quality control procedures
Troubleshoots and reapirs analyzers and performs calibration as needed
Assists with phlebotomy duties as needed
Requirements:
M.T. (ASCP) Registry
High degree of technical skills and knowledge of clinical lab procedures and theory.
Critical thinking skills.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
