Medical Staffing Expert

We currently have an opportunity for an experience Medical Staffing expert to join one of our London based NHS clients.

Due to the secondment of the current Medical Staffing Manager to manage a project, there is a need for an interim to provide some cover within the Medical Staffing function.

In summary the purpose of this role, over the next 3 months is to act as the Medical Staffing expert and lead for the Trust, maintaining a 'steady state' service in this area.

As a result we are looking for an immediately available individual who has experience of performing a similar role within the NHS.

This role will involve typical Medical Staffing Manager duties. There will be no surprises to someone who has worked in a medical staffing role, In addition, the substantive post holder will be there for reference.

Skills & experience required:

- Previous experience performing a Medical Staffing role
- Experience within the NHS
- Sound knowledge of Doctor's terms & conditions

Interviews for this role will be held week commencing 17th of June with a view to start the role the week after.
