MEDICAL STAFFING ADVISOR

NHS - LONDON - JULY START
3 months - £150 a day

Baltimore Consulting Group are working in partnership with a large NHS Trust based in London and are seeking a experienced Medical Advisor to assist with heavy workload within the Medical Staffing Department.

The successful candidate will need to have experience of working within the NHS within a Medical Staffing Role.

Day to day duties include:

- Liaising and building rapports with trade union members
- Design and implement doctor rotas
- Job planning for various clinical positions
- Providing advice and guidance to clinicians across departments on ER issues
- Lead on the recruitment for junior doctors
- Providing advice and guidance on disciplinary and grievances
- Reviewing employee data in order to establish pay rises and pay rates
- Working alongside the HR Director to develop and implement terms and conditions
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures across departments
