- Medical Social Worker in State of CA
- Two - five (2-5) years of Case Management and Discharge Planning Experience in an Acute Care Setting
- InterQual Guidelines Experience

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Provide onsite Case Management and Utilization Review in an Acute Care Setting
- Provide Discharge Planning
- Utilizing InterQual Guidelines

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Master's Degree in Social Work
- Graduate from an accredited school of Social Work
- Two - five (2-5) years of Case Management Experience in a Acute Care Setting
- Discharge Planning Experience
- Strong clinical background in acute care with at least three (3) plus years of experience
- Intermediate level use of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Current regulatory knowledge (CMS and Joint Commission)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
