Medical Information Officer

Global Pharma seeks a Medical Information Officer who will be responsible for delivering an effective Medical Information service to the company's UK and Ireland internal and external customers. You will provide a comprehensive service for the entire product portfolio, obtaining medical information data and ensuring compliance with the established ABPI, IPHA and ABHI codes of business practice.

You will be expected to provide a prompt and accurate response to internal and external requests for information relating to marketed and development products. You will also process all product complaints received via the Medical Information service.

As we all maintaining a medical enquiry database you will critically review and extract key points from relevant scientific publications. You will also produce monthly reports of medical enquiries to enable analysis of enquiry trends.

To be successful you will have a Life sciences degree (2:2 or above) with a proven track record in research/pharmaceutical company or regulatory environment or equivalent.

In addition you will be skilled at delivering to tight deadlines in multiple projects, work autonomously with minimal supervision and be analytical and detail focused in your approach.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills allied with great negotiation skills will be a distinct advantage.
