Medical Information Executive

A Global Pharmaceutical Organisation based in the South East are seeking a Medical Information Associate to join their External Medical Communications team for a 12 month contract basis.

Candidates must posses excellent spoken and written English as well as being FLUENT in NORWEGIAN.

The role will be 5 days per week based on site and rates are negotiable.

The purpose of this role is to respond to unsolicited inquiries regarding Clients human prescription products and devices.

Candidates will be expected to provide technical and medical information with high quality customer service and to research and prepare responses for escalated medical inquiries and Scientific Response Document.

The responsibilities for the role are as follows:

Frontline Medical Information Request Management:

- Responding to inquiries received
- Documenting inquiries and responding accurately according to relevant SOP's and guidelines
- Identify and record product quality complaints

Escalated Enquiry Management:

- Broad knowledge of assigned therapeutic area and understanding of pertinent disease state
- Create and maintain MI documents by ensuring responses are accurate, timely and meet customers needs
- Maintain compliance with departmental trainings and SOP's

Candidates must possess the following skills and experience:

- Bachelors degree in science related subject
- Preferably Pharmacy/Hospital experience
- Preferably medical information/Pharmaceutical experience
- Medical Writing experience advantageous
- MUST have excellent written and spoken English skills alongside FLUENT NORWEGIAN speaker.
