This is specific piece of work is to focus on two key areas only:
- Job Planning for Consultants
- Rota Design at all levels
The purpose of the role is to identify cash releasing schemes and improve efficiency in these two areas.
We are looking to speak to individuals who are available either immediately or within the next couple of weeks and would be interested in taking this challenge on, working on a 3 day per week basis for up to 6 months.
Previous experience undertaking this type of work is essential along with a proven track record of engaging with Consultants and gaining 'buy-in' during sensitive projects.
