Medical Device Technical Expert

Medical Device Technical Expert wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- Advanced engineering degree in mechanical engineering or an equivalent discipline
- Competency of approaching complex problems on a holistic scale that is based on a broad education covering design and engineering
- A solid understanding of commercial manufacturing
- Familiarity with business processes and structures as well as excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken

YOUR TASKS:

- Implementing efficient and robust processes for the manufacture, packaging and/or analysis of Medical Devices/Combination Products Ensuring the completion of documentation according to regulations and internal standards for Medical Devices and Combination Products in addition of taking ownership and updating the DHF (Design History File)
- Providing technical leadership in all activities related to assigned devices and in addition managing changes related to assigned devices/combination products
- Providing technical expertise for quality and compliance related issues; acting as SME during audits
- Performing technical investigation on complaints in related to devices
