-Receive, log, reconcile monies via mail, email, fax, download, interdepartmental for deposit and/or preparation of money batches for entry
-Will be assisting with department backlog.
Standard Work Hours: 8 to 4:30 M-F
Requirements:
-Intermediate MS Excel skills
-General accounting 1+ years
-MS Word and Internet Explorer experience
-45WPM typing
-10-key by touch
-Faxing, scanning and filing
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Medical insurance billing terminology
-High school diploma or GED required
-Detail oriented
-Self-starter
