Medical Assistant/LPN Job

MEDICAL ASSISTANT/LPN needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Holland, Ohio.

TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:

- Medical Assistant OR LPN

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Triage and treat occupational injury and illnesses.
- Administers pulmonary function tests, audiograms, visual acuity tests, phlebotomy, respirator fit testing, strength tests, and electrocardiograms, drug screen collections and wound care.
- Drug testing
- Physicals
- Recording patients' vital signs
- Workman's' Compensation

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Two to three (2-3) years of experience dealing with the treatment and triage of injuries and illnesses in an occupational health setting.
- Experience working in a clinic environment

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- CPR Certified
- Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six (1) year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous experience in Occupational Health is a plus
- Audiometric Certification, Spirometry-NIOSH Course Certification; Breath Alcohol Technician Certification are a plus
