Medical Assistant Job

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a MEDICAL ASSISTANT to join our client in New York, NY.

QUALIFIED APPLICANTS WILL BE ON CONTRACT AND OFFERED A PERMANENT POSITION IF ALL GOES WELL FOR 1-3 MONTHS.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Schedule Appointments and make follow up appointment when needed, take medical history and greet patients upon admission.
- Triage and treat occupational and non-occupational illness and injuries.
- Vitals, EKG's, clean lab rooms for patient visit.
- Draw blood, assess patients and triage as needed.
- Administer seasonal vaccinations.
- Promote employee health and wellness initiatives.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Occupational Health experience is a plus.
- Medical Assistant with 1 (one) year (+) experience is required.
- Professional and good presentation manners.
- CPR Certified.
