Medical Alliances Operations Leader (MOAL) (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

-Take the initiative, launch new projects, and lead activities within PDMA Medical Alliances Operations and the IIS / ISR / FMI-PHC Community of Practices
-Develop operational plans including, risk mitigation strategies, study budgets, sponsor capabilities (if applicable), and clinical supplies management
-Responsible to identify and update operational tracking tools, including systems to meet the needs of the operations team and ensures reporting to the CoPL
-Design drug assumption and supply chain process in partnership with Drug Supply Coordinator, Affiliates and CoPL
-Oversee the forecasting and management of non-clinical supplies to ensure sites have supplies to run clinical study
-Lead, chair, and/or attend operations team meeting and the investigator and sponsor meetings and/or CRO kick-off meetings, as applicable
-Perform ongoing vendor management (e.g., CROs, Central Labs, IVRS), including selection, Independent negotiation of scope of work, budgets, performance management and issue Resolution

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Life sciences degree or nursing equivalent or substantial experience in a clinical research/a Healthcare environment
-Ability to work across organization at all levels
-Specialised in Pesonalised Health Care: able and willing to work on services as opposed to product development, to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in an ambiguous environment, to co-create PHC-related evidence generation processes and solutions
-Profound professional experience in Pharma industry and/or Clinical Research Organization and/or Academic Research Organization
-Drug development and regulatory requirements for the conduct of clinical trials
