Medicaid Specialist Job

MEDICAID SPECIALIST needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in EAST HANOVER, NJ.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Support Project work related to Medicaid Shared Services Initiative.
- Various Ad hoc duties including data entry for historical claims, investigation of previous disputed claims, Calculating adjustments on previous claims. Reconciling open balances with state agencies.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Three to five (3-5) years' experience in Finance, Accounting or related field
- Excellent analytical skills to assess the accuracy of claims submitted.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills to successfully interact within all levels of the corporation, with federal and state representatives and all service vendors.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple priorities at once.
- Advanced skills in all Microsoft Office Suite products is required
- Leadership, problem solving, decision making Analytical thinking, communication/teamwork, planning and organizing
- Pharmaceutical industry experience, specifically in Medicaid or Government Reporting Revitas or other Medicaid Processing System experience-preferred
- Working knowledge of government regulations pertaining to Federal and State programs.-preferred
