Medicaid Analyst Job

MEDICAID ANALYST needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in EAST HANOVER, NJ.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Support the claims processing activities and Medicaid Operations.
- Various Ad hoc duties including data entry for historical claims, investigation of previous disputed claims, Calculating adjustments on previous claims.
- Reconciling open balances with state agencies

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Three to five (3-5) years' experience in Finance, Accounting or related field
- Excellent analytical skills to assess the accuracy of claims submitted.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills to successfully interact within all levels of the corporation, with federal and state representatives and all service vendors.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple priorities at once.
- Advanced skills in all Microsoft Office Suite products is required
- Pharmaceutical industry experience, specifically in Medicaid or Government Reporting
- SAP, Revitas or other Medicaid Processing System experience
- Working knowledge of government regulations pertaining to Federal and State programs
- Leadership, problem solving, decision making
- Analytical thinking, communication/teamwork, planning and organizing
