Media Processing Front-end Developer

Context
Media Processing is an integrated communication provider, offering the entire range of services that our clients would expect from a communication agency. We are part of the Brand, Communication and Quality department.

The Media Processing department consists of 6 specific teams:
° Design
° Digital specialists
° Creative guidance
° Print and Mail
° Audiovisual
° Technological services.
All are linked to internal communication (colleagues) or external communication (clients). As such, Media Processing is an energetic dynamo of a department. We commit to huge numbers of projects.

Function Description
We offer a full time equivalent job dedicated to front-end development in our department, more specifically in the digital team composed of PM, designers, front-end and back-end developers. This team is responsible for the projects linked with the digital needs of our internal customers. From bannering to websites, from infography to e-mailing and contests on social media, we cover the full range of digital supports and deliverables.
The front-end dev will act as a team player with a focus on customer satisfaction. He/she will also actively participate to discussions about the positioning of the team and eventually bring ideas. He/she will support the account managers of the department by leveraging his/her digital skills in the meetings with the customers.
In a nutshell, your role involves:
° Be one of the two frond-end developers of the team,
° Managing short and middle-terms digital projects,
° Handling specific tools used within the department (Teamwork, Intake tool…).
° Having adaptability to multi-task.
° Solving technical problems and facing technical challenges.
° Delivering in-time.
° Facing clients and colleagues

Required Knowledge and Experience

Education
You hold preferably a Bachelor's Degree, feeling comfortable with the technologies mentioned above.
We are looking for an astute, dynamic and proactive profile with a front-end development background in the concerned domain, able to understand and work quickly in different environments and with different innovative technologies.

Languages Requirement
French / Dutch Fluent (either Dutch or French)
English Good knowledge

Experience
5+ years professional experience in Front-End development (more Junior can also be accepted)

° Bootstrap, jQuery
° Experience working with CMS (WordPress, Concrete5,…)
° Responsive web design techniques
