MEDIA PROCESS TECHNICIAN needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in ATHENS, GA.
TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:
- Biology
- Virus titration and Virus isolation
- GMP Lab
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Responsible for processing in an aseptic clean room environment according to USDA regulations
- Execute processes adhering to the Standard Operating Procedures
- Complete documentation concurrently Support cross-functional activities as required
- Responsible for completing assigned tasks (for example, cleaning, work order escalation, lab setup etc.) related to departmental functions
- Perform preventative maintenance and general upkeep on equipment and facilities including environmental monitoring
- Responsible for maintaining accurate area inventories for raw materials and supplies Adhere to current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP)
- Demonstrate a visible & tangible commitment to HSE, Lean Principles, and the company's values in all work related activities
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- BS Degree in Biological Sciences and a minimum of one (1) year of relevant lab experience
