SUMMARY: Provides direct patient care in accordance with policies and specified procedures and evaluation of patient. Will care for patients with acute infections, chronic immune suppressed patients, wound care, medical-surgical, rehab patients.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have BLS
- Must have active Ohio RN license
- Must have minimum of 2 years of recent Rehab/Med-Surg Experience
- Must demonstrate and provide comprehensive documentation of services rendered.
- Must have proficiency in the performance of procedures and equipment.
- Must have solid wound care experience with wound vac application.
- Must have strong assessment and critical thinking skills
