IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Adequately set-up the mechanical architecture of the system and supervise the construction of mechanic components in order to ensure success and efficient execution
-Establish effective and efficient collaboration mechanisms with the system architects, principle system architect, technical product managers and other functions (operations, service etc.)
-Ensure that potential synergies between mechanical components used in several products are leveraged and that a platform approach is applied to new developments where applicable
-Ensure that compliance and regulatory requirements are met and interpreted in a pragmatic and business adequate manner
-In case of external developments and services, act as an interface between the customer and the R&D partner

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Degree in mechanical engineering or comparable education
-Profound professional experience in development of complex mechanical components
-Relevant experience in project management and management of external development and service partners
-Profound knowledge of regulatory aspects for mechanical components particularly regarding safety aspects (statics, transport, seismic)
-Solid understanding of manufacturability, service and maintenance requirements
-Experience in Solid Edge and 3D CAD
-Fluent written and spoken technical English language skills
-German language skills are essential
