Job Description:

Responsible for a project, system or a number of products. ENSURE THAT THE APPLICABLE PRODUCTS MEET THE CUSTOMER SPECIFICATION AND RELEVANT AIRWORTHINESS REQUIREMENTS.
Providing technical leadership, as a work package owner, to a team of development engineers.
TEST DEFINITION AND TEST RIG DEFINITION IN ADVANCE OF UNIT DESIGN COMPLETION.
TEST RIG SPECIFICATION, TEST RIG SUPPORT AND TEST RIG ACCEPTANCE.
Generating and issuing Qualification/Development documentation.
Advanced risk reduction testing with minimum test rig equipment to provide data on new or high risk features.
SETTING UP TESTS, BUILD OF UNITS AND MOUNTING UNITS IN TEST RIGS.
Performing Qualification Tests where required.
Performing Function/Acceptance tests of Development units.
Management of off-site testing including transportation of all necessary equipment and the performance of functional tests at the external facility.
MONITORING OF ENDURANCE/FATIGUE TESTS.
Keeping test records, analysis of results against requirements and problem solving of deviations.
Customer interface on verification/validation technical issues
