Mechanical Technician

Projektbeschreibung

Client on the sea coast of New Hampshire is looking to add (2) Mechanical Technicians to their team. Position will be responsible for the assembly of turbine units and sub-assemblies using various hand/power tools and fabrication equipment. Candidate must be able to assemble fabricated parts in accordance with BOM's, engineering drawings and specifications. Ideal candidate will have an Associates Degree in a technical discipline and 5 years of relevant experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assembly of parts using common hand tools and machine tools
- Knowledge of assembly and torque procedures
- Trouble shooting of mechanical assembly issues
- Able to work in a team setting to meet production schedules
- Able to work in a demanding production enviroment

REQUIREMENTS

- Two year technical degree (AAS) preferred.
- More than five years progressive experience as an Engineering Technician, machine maintenance, machine builder or arelated field
