Mechanical Supervisor (Hawk Majors)

Job Title: Mechanical Supervisor (HAWK Majors/Fast Jet)

Fast Jet Mechanical Supervisors required to provide maintenance support a major servicing programme on a number of Hawk aircraft which is likely to last in the region of 2 years.

The successful Supervisor will have structural repairs/structural maintenance experience on military aircraft, ideally on Hawks or other Fast Jets. Must have recent Mechanical Trade experience, ideally modern apprenticeship or equivalent experience. You would ideally a minimum of 6 months on Hawk or other fast jet within the last 2 years, and ideally some experience on fast jet Majors work if you don't have specific Hawk experience.

The work is based in Wiltshire and will be 12 month contract (anticipated 24 months in total) to start ASAP. 45 hrs p/wk contracted (plus overtime) and rates will be GBP 20 p/hr for Supervisors, plus bonus receivable every 6 months.

Candidates will be required to undergo baseline clearance prior to starting, or transfer of current SC if held.

All Aircraft Supervisors are required to hold current Human Factors on starting the role.
