My clients Recycling and Plastics plants are a business that offers plastic recycling and consultancy services to Companies throughout the UK. The site in Essex has been operational since 2006 providing a wide range of plastic recycling services to waste producers helping them to save on disposal costs.

Recycling and Plastics draws upon extensive experience within the plastics industry, having developed and operated plastic recycling solutions in the U.K for many years. This market leader can process most grades of rigid plastic waste and, through a well established network of customers and end markets for its products, my client is able to provide environmental, economic and sustainable outlets for most plastic waste.

They can offer expert advice and consultancy on all aspects of waste legislation and handle everything for you from logistics, through the recycling and recovery process to the sale of clean, segregated reground plastic raw material. We strive to provide the most comprehensive plastics recycling services to Local Authorities and businesses alike through the utilization of state-of-the-art technology backed up by consistent and thorough customer service.

The role:

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the role is primarily focused on delivering the installation and commissioning of a new production line on an existing plant by managing a number of sub contractors against spec, budget, quality & H&S on site.

The project includes a shredder and 2 conveyor lines within a plastic recycling plant

Ideally Educated to HNC/HND Minimum or Relevant Experience. (Mechanical Engineering).
HSE Conscious.
Systematical Approach to Problem Solving.
Hands on Approach. To Problem solving.
Capable of Budgetary Control.
Capable of Supervising Multi-disciplined Contractors Onsite.
Computer Literate.
