Mechanical Project Engineer

Key Accountabilities - General
. Reviews the mechanical design documents for quality and consistency prior to publication and overview the review of design documents for other disciplines
. Execute field surveys
. Overall responsibility for the timely delivery of the issue for construction design deliverables and equipment procurement specifications.
. Supports to implement an agreed Construction strategy and follows up on progress, quality and safety of the (mechanical) works during construction
. Supports the commissioning activities
. Facilitate the relevant design reviews, such as HAZOP, cGMP Compliance, EHS, etc. and any other design verifications processes.

Qualifications:
. Degree in Mechanical or Process Engineering preferred or similar experience

Knowledge/experience:
. Competent technical knowledge of pharmaceutical plants and processes
. Proven experience in large capital investment projects
. Knowledge of cGMP requirements
. Knowledge of piping design for pharmaceutical plants an advantage
. Basic knowledge of all disciplines: civil, mechanical, building services, E&I and Automation

Preferences
. Knowledge of inhaler technology
