Mechanical Engineer-Rail Domain Experience

Creation of conceptual designs of mechanical assemblies
self-construction of complex assemblies and individual parts
supervision of procurement, suppliers and own production
creation of production-ready documents and monitoring the implementation
Preparation of technical descriptions and specifications
definition of the interfaces of complex systems

YOUR PROFILE

degree in Mechanical Engineer FH or final engineering HF with several years of professional experience
desirable Experience in vehicle or plant
In-depth knowledge in at least one of the following fields: Sheet metal processing, welding, mechanical fasteners, machining, gluing or casting
Very good knowledge of a 3D CAD system, preferably CatiaV5
Targeted, structured way of working with joy in a dynamic and interdisciplinary environment to work
Very good German and English, spoken and written; each additional language would be advantageous

Additional Points:

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Rail Domain (Overall exp. Could be more than 12 - 15 years)Location - Switzerland (Long term)- 2 years
Fluent in German and English both.
Experience on project coordination activities with foreign countries will be an added advantage.
