Mechanical Engineer (Hydraulics)

Our industry leading client is looking for a Mechanical Engineer who specialises in Hydraulics. The role is a fantastic opportunity for a Mechanical Engineer to develop and improve the skills that they have gained.

The role involves but is not limited to the criteria below:

*Processing Documentation
*Writing Technical Reports
*Calculations
*Modelling and Analysis
*Producing Outline Functional System Diagrams

The ideal candidate will have knowledge in:

*Working with submarines, shipbuilding, defence, oil and gas, automotive or building services
*Specifying hydraulic equipment and system components, including hydraulic pumps (gear, piston etc and modular packs), actuators, valves and associated equipment such as oil coolers, accumulators, manifolds and filters
*Control system theory and control system design for control valve selection
