Mechanical Engineer - Entry Level Job

MECHANICAL ENGINEER/ENTRY LEVEL needed for a one year CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Clarksville, TN.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Report to Maintenance Engineering Manager to facilitate and implement facility maintenance plan with key focus on communication of results while meeting federal requirements, state guidelines and company goals.
- Facilitate and implement key plant facility schedules including, vessels, Crane and lifts, Fire Safety, EPA, Plant Mechanical systems and other key facility annual reviews.
- Manage, coordinate and control all aspects of plant engineering in order to meet agreed departmental objectives.
- Ensure OSHA, Health and Safety and Environmental standards and targets are met and maintained within defined company procedures and legislative requirements. Identify areas for engineering and financial improvement and enable their inception whilst maintaining an appropriate level of availability and reliability of equipment

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelor degree in engineering require
- Entry level to two (2) years of experience required.
- Creativity, verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem solving ability.
- Team player and detail oriented.
- Ability to make sketches, engineering drawings and common computations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawing, schematics and computer-generated reports.
- Previous experience with computer applications and software related to engineering field, such as Computer Aided Design (CAD).
