Mechanical Engineer - Chokes

Progressive Global Energy has been tasked with sourcing a Mechanical Engineer to place for one of their subsea engineering groups. They are a well known Oil & Gas Service company based in Houston, TX.

Salary ranges for this position will range from $75,000 to $110,000 and possibly higher depending on your level of experience.

Candidates will be considered from the following sector/industries:

*Oil & Gas

*Energy

*Aerospace

*Defense

*Nuclear

The candidate must have the following experience/expertise:

* CAD (3D preferred)

* FEA (ANSYS or Cosmos works)

* Mechanical calculations (MathCAD and/or hand calculations)

* Experience working to relevant industry standards (API, DNV, ASME, and ISO)

This position is a full time staff post. Contract/temporary/in direct hires will not be considered.
