Duration; 12 month

Working for an established client, the ideal applicant will be required to produce schematics/diagrams to show the systems functionality and the control and instrumentation requirement, based on the customers requirements. You will produce Air and Gas system diagrams and technical specifications for air storage cylinders, HP compressors, reducing stations & valves. In addition, you will be required to produce supporting calculations and undertake design reviews to support the issue of the diagrams. Working on complex engineering

A BEng/MEng Degree or equivalent qualification. Previous experience of producing schematics/diagrams which show the systems functionality and the control & instrumentation requirements. Detailed design experience of Air and Gas systems/circuits & supporting CAD integrations of Air and Gas systems into a large product. Prior experience in producing outline functional system diagrams & writing system safety justifications. In addition, industry experience of working within submarines, shipbuilding, defence, oil and gas, automotive or building services would also be desirable.

Due to the nature of business, successful applications will be required to undergo UK Security Clearance.
