A full service design and manufacturing company of oilfield products is looking to add a Mechanical Engineer to their growing team in Boling, TX. This position is contract to full time and a direct hire can be considered for the right candidate.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Researches, develops, plans, and designs mechanical products and systems for the oil field industry
- Researches and analyzes data, such as customer design proposal, specifications, and manuals to determine feasibility of design or application
- May evaluate field installations on new products and recommend design modifications to eliminate product or operational malfunctions
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and computer generated reports
- Assist drafters in developing the structural design of products, using SolidWorks

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelors Degree in Engineering with 5+ years experience in an oilfield product manufacturing environment
- Proficiency with 3D CAD products, prefer SolidWorks
