MECHANICAL ENGINEER

LOCATION: South Yorkshire

SALARY AND BENEFITS: Up to 30 per hour (4 months contract with the provision of extending further)

COMPANY INFORMATION:

- An established organisation within the rail industry

YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or good level of experience
- Previous experience working in the Rail industry
- Rolling stock refurbishment experience
- Good understanding of railway approvals

IDEALLY YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

- Experience in structural assessments/calculations
- Good working knowledge of crashworthiness
- Experience/Knowledge of HVAC
- Experience using CAD
- Ability to check and approve drawings
