Mechanical & Electrical Services Engineer

Our client are looking to recruit Mechanical and Electrical Engineers to join their teams throughout the UK in London, the Northwest and the Midlands.

The successful candidate(s) will be responsible for the following:

- Driving the delivery of key technical suppliers and ensuring the availability of all critical power systems is maintained
- Leading and motivating the M&E suppliers and ensuring adherence to agreed SLA's
- Monitoring and taking steps to maintain the availability of all critical network M&E systems.
- Ensuring all planned preventative maintenance works are scheduled and completed on all critical field sites, ASC's and Data Centres
- Contribute to forecasting and management of budgets
- Prepare and publish relevant management reports
- Review on-going M&E requirements and highlight key issues/recommendations to customers.

You will have the following technical knowledge for this role:

- Working knowledge of Switch/Data Centre & Cell site maintenance activities within a mobile telecommunications environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of M&E Support Systems
- Working knowledge of all Critical Power Systems (eg UPS, 50v DC Systems, Generators, HVAC, Fire Suppression)
- Strong understanding of the 17th Edition Electrical Wiring Regulations
