Our public sector client has a fantastic opportunity for a MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL to join them to assist in the asset management process and in particular non domestic condition surveys. You will be ensuring that our client's estate is energy efficient and maintained fit for purpose. You will also undertake, monitor, inspect and supervise mainly mechanical and electrical engineering works (including alarms, access systems and CCTV). Technical advisor and independent tester, also looking at design and conditioning surveys. Full driving licence required.
