Mechanical Draftsman Job

MECHANICAL DRAFTSMAN needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Creve Coeur, Missouri.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Drawings, layouts and sketches
- Mechanical components
- AutoCAD

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Work in conjunction with the Mechanical Designer and be responsible for the preparation of detail layout drawing for the design of a wide variety of mechanical components.
- Preparation/Review of drawings such as: various linkage, cams, servo gear trains, ie anything that is dynamic. The Mechanical Draftsman works in all aspects of industry.
- Duties will vary but include mechanical systems or components ie gears, mechanisms, linkages, drive shafts, close tolerance machine parts, and etc.
- Working on drawings picking up Red marks.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- One to three (1 - 3) years of related experience
- A.S degree or Technical school certification in drafting or related field
- Skilled in AutoCAD
