Mechanical Design Engineer- 12 months- Caithness- TOP END MARKET RATE

My oil & gas consultancy is looking for a mechanical designer with SC clearance to star immediately on a yearlong project in Caithness. The client is looking for an SC cleared mechanical designer, preferably with a background in chemical plant/oil and gas design. The client is offering a minimum of 12 months contract with work for at least 3 years.

Requirements

- Minimum of 2-3 years experience
- Strong design background (oil and gas, plants, reactors)
- Experience working within design teams
- Experience designing equipment to mange acid ie sodium
- Some knowledge of remote handling
- Nuclear experience (highly advantageous)
- SC security cleared (essential)

Location: Caithness

Duration: 12 months

Rate: Very competitive
